A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation
ONLINE RESERVATION NOTE: Please call us at 1-561-733-8200 if you want to check-in within the next 48 hours, Due to the high volume of In-person room bookings, we cannot guarantee you the same room booked through our online booking process, we will provide you the best alternative room, in case the room you booked online is not available on your check-in day.
Cancellation Policy
All Reservations must be canceled before 24 hours prior to arrival. Any reservations canceled within this policy or same day as arrival, are subject to a charge of one night’s room and taxes. Any reservation that fails to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of one night’s room and taxes.
Identification Policy
State approved valid identification is required at the time of check-in.

INLET INN MOTEL only accepts credit cards or debit cards in the registered guest’s name at this time. If you wish to pay cash, a credit card must be presented at the time of arrival and authorized for 20% of the total stay with your cash payment. Early arrival or late checkout requests are not guaranteed. Guests must be age 21 or older to reserve and/or pay for the guestroom. Smoking allowed in permitted areas only. Any smoking in non-permitted areas including guestroom balconies will result in a $150.00 fee.
Cash payment policy:
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check-in. In addition, a minimum $30 incidental deposit is required prior to check in.
Security Deposit Policy:
Credit/Debit/Cash – paying guests must present state approved photo identification and $30 security deposit upon arrival. Inability to authorize this deposit will result in cancellation/decline the reservation/check ins. Return of deposit will processed by original payment method on the day of check out after room inspected and found in good condition, if no damages have been incurred during your stay. The guest is responsible for the amount stated but will not be charged unless damage is incurred. If damage is incurred, security deposit will be charged to the credit card processed. Please note that if damages are incurred, a surcharge may be placed on your card.
Depending on your preferred banking or financial institution, this release may take 7 to 14 business days per institution’s policies. Inlet Inn Motel is not responsible for overdraft fees associated with your debit or credit card. Thank you.
Pet Policy
The hotel only accepts service animals with approved ID card. Any unauthorized pet (service animals are excluded), damage, or theft will result in a $150.00 fee, respectively.
